Experience The Kingdom of Kerry in Spring Bloom

In spring, Killarney National Park bursts back into life, its ancient woodlands, majestic mountains and calm lakes fresh with new colour. Spring in Ireland offers a huge variety of photographic opportunities: with longer days and warmer light, the woodlands fill with a carpet of wild bluebells, native red deer graze in open ground, and calmer lakes make it ideal for long exposure photography.

West Kerry, part of the Wild Atlantic Way, is a stunning coastal region renowned for its rugged beauty, dramatic cliffs, secluded beaches and charming coastal villages. In spring it offers a large variety of locations, from coastal scenes to wildflower verges and village streets.

Improve Your Photography Skills

I cap the group size deliberately, so there’s time to sit with each photographer and focus on what they most want to improve. From first-timers leaving the “Auto” setting behind to experienced DSLR users after a fresh challenge, these two days are about building your skills and your confidence in an easy, hands-on way.

Any Camera, Any Device

Any camera works here. Whether you shoot on a DSLR, a smartphone or an iPad, if it takes photographs you can use it on the holiday.

Who This Holiday Suits

It’s open to all ages in good health; a reasonable level of fitness is all you’ll need.
